Congrats to the APHS Panther Prowl Yearbook Staff for winning the Camp Lone Star Rockport Workshop Photo Contest! The contest challenged attendees to capture a photo that encompassed key elements looked for in photojournalism. The workshop hosts said the Panther Prowl entry stood out with their use of framing and capturing interaction. The Panther Prowl will receive a $500 complimentary yearbook upgrade! Traffic advisory! For those traveling to Friday's varsity football game and Saturday's high school cross country meet, a traffic updated has been issued by the Harbor Bridge Project that may impact your route. Beginning Thursday, September 26, at 9 pm until 9 pm, Monday, September 30, the Northwest Loop Ramp from Martin Luther King Drive to southbound SH 286 (Crosstown Expressway) will be closed. Motorists heading to southbound SH 286 will be detoured to take the Port Ave/Nueces Bay Blvd exit, make a U-turn at Nueces Bay Blvd, and continue southbound on I-37 to the direct connector ramp for southbound SH 286.
