FRIDAY JULY 5TH -3:00PM Good afternoon Panther Nation, Out of an abundance of caution, all APISD offices and programs will be closed on Monday, July 8 and Tuesday July 9 due to Hurricane Beryl. We will continue to assess the local weather and travel conditions and provide updates concerning closures on Wednesday, July 10. As of the time of writing, the Aransas Pass ISD Board of Trustees will postpone their Regular Board Meeting scheduled Monday, July 8 at 7PM. Registrar Mrs. Garrett will be available at the APISD Administration Office On Thursday, June 27, July 11, and July 18 at 8AM-noon and 1-4PM to assist in qualification and registration for Pre-K students. Students took the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®) earlier this spring, and soon parents and guardians will receive assessment results. The state assessment is one of many ways to measure student learning. Teachers will use STAAR results along with other information to support student learning in the new school year.
Beginning June 7 for STAAR end-of-course assessments and June 14 for STAAR grades 3–8 assessments, STAAR results will be viewable by logging into Skyward Family Access.
