  Dear Parents and Guardians:

I want to thank our Panther community for their patience as we work through the details of our cleanup and recovery plan. Our Aransas Pass Independent School District’s goal is to have all students return to school by the projected October 16, 2017 start date. We have received many questions about the status of our AC Blunt middle school campus. As reported this campus suffered the most extensive damage caused by hurricane Harvey. The projected date of completion for the AC Blunt campus is November 15, 2017. Due to the school’s condition, all middle school students will attend other schools within the Aransas Pass Independent School district system until repairs are completed.

Our plan is as follows:
• sixth and seventh grade students will attend classes at Charlie Marshall Elementary.
• eighth grade students will attend classes at Aransas Pass High School.

This plan of action allows for all Aransas Pass students to be "HOME" in our AP schools where they belong and being taken care of by "OUR " AP teaching staff.

WE ARE AP!
