AC Blunt is so very thankful for our wonderful Child Nutrition team. Ms. Esther, Mr. Sam, Ms. Virginia, Ms Letty, Ms. Jessica, and Ms. Fela works tirelessly to help us take care of our students. We could not do our job of teaching and guiding our students without them. We see the love and pride they put into what they do. Middle school life has its unplanned excitable moments that make us so appreciative of the consistent love and care our Child Nutrition team demonstrates. Thank you so much for all you do.
Evelyn Pauley is a fairly new addition to the staff at Aransas Pass High School where she serves as the Art teacher. Ms. Pauley has jumped into her position this year with both feet and has pushed her Art students to compete in several competitions that APHS has not entered in some time, if at all. Ms. Pauley has said she loves getting her students' work seen by others. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to lend a helping hand, or a pat on the back to a struggling student, or colleague. When Ms. Pauley recognizes a need on the campus, she does not wait to be told, or for someone else to pick up the slack, she takes initiative and fills in the gap. She is one of the faculty sponsors for Aransas Pass High Schools chapter of National Honor Society, and she keeps her Principal occupied at lunch duty with her harrowing stories of her babysitting adventures with her niece. Her hard work, dedication, and love of her students are why Evelyn Pauley is Aransas Pass High School’s March, Employee of the month.
