New students to the District need to provide the following to begin the enrollment process: Proof of residence for a physical address (ex: current utility bill,) student's Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Shot Record, and parent/guardian ID. Also previous School records and any special services paperwork will be very helpful, if not provided name, phone number, and address of previous School will be needed. If living with another family who resides in the district, parent first must fill out Host Form and have it validated.
Students who were previously enrolled but withdrew and are re-enrolling in APISD need to bring: Current proof of residence and previous school records.

This Student Code of Conduct provides information regarding expectations for student behavior and consequences for misconduct. Please read and review the information in the Student Code of Conduct with your student so that you have a clear understanding of its content. Once you and your student have reviewed the Student Code of Conduct, please sign the acknowledgement form and return it to Dr. Royce Avery. Please contact your student's teacher or campus administrator if you have any questions about the Code. |

Students will wear polo-style shirts of Any Solid Color or Aransas Pass ISD Club /Organization /School/Class or “Spirit Shirts” of Any Solid Color that promote positive Aransas Pass “Panther Pride”. Spirit shirts purchased from outside vendors must be a solid color and promote positive Aransas Pass “Panther Pride”. Shirts may be short or long sleeve and will be tucked in and belted (solid colored turtlenecks or t-shirts may be worn underneath SMOD shirts only).

The mission of the Aransas Pass Independent School District Child Nutrition Department, recognizing the vital relationship of nutrition and education, is to ensure that every person is offered a high quality, well-balanced, nutritious meal at breakfast and lunch. We offer friendly service by a qualified staff observing high sanitation and safety standards, utilizing cost-effective management practices, and following the Food Service program guidelines.
The Purpose of the Aransas Pass ISD Child Nutrition Department is to administer School Board approved Child Nutrition Programs according to guidelines of the National School Lunch and Child Nutrition Programs and the goals of the National School Lunch Act of 1946, the Child Nutrition Act of 1966, and the School Breakfast program of 1977.

Aransas Pass ISD Policy EI (Legal) states that ―credit must be awarded if the student has demonstrated achievement by meeting the standard requirements of the course, including demonstrated proficiency in the subject matter. Grades should reflect the extent to which students have mastered the essential knowledge and skills and/or District identified performance standards. Every assignment or assessment must be designed with this requirement in mind.

The focus of the school health program is to enhance instruction by serving the health needs of each student so that each can realize his fullest potential.
The school health program is not a substitute for the health care, which parents should provide for their children. The optimum health care is best achieved through cooperative efforts of school personnel, health care providers, students and parents. |
